A piece of art can speak a thousand words!
Our special art tour will take you to some of the most talented local artists we have living in São Vicente! We will collect you from your hotel at 10am, together we will visit local artists in their studios/homes in and around Mindelo. You will have plenty of opportunity to talk about their work and experience a real feel for Cape Verdean life and the creative culture São Vicente is renowned for. This will include Jewellery making, Paintings, Drawings, Stone Wear and lots of traditional crafts. We will stop at a local restaurant, where traditional Cape Verdean food and drinks will be served whilst music fills the air. During the afternoon you will have the opportunity to take part in a traditional creative activity.
